Limit Session Capacity

In many cases, just as an event can have a maximum capacity, individual sessions may also have maximum capacity (e.g. a room, a table or a simple preference for total attendees).

• If you specify an optional Max Capacity value on a session you create, this capacity will be imposed when a guest is picking their session selections, and the system will not allow guests the ability to choose a session that has reached maximum capacity.
