Virtual and in-person events both have a Live-Stream section available. This is where you may provide the appropriate live-stream information when you have it ready. You will typically provide this information close to the start of your actual live event. At the time that you provide this information, your guests, when viewing their guest page on a desktop computer, will see an embedded video screen experience alongside their event user-interface showing auction items and donation options. Guests attending the event on their mobile device will be provided with a link to join the live-stream using the appropriate live-stream client on their mobile device (e.g. Zoom, YouTube Live, etc).
- You also have the option to have the Live stream visible to certain guests only. To access this option first click on Edit Event on your Event Dashboard page.
- In your Live stream section click on Add Restrictions as shown below.
- Once you click Add Restrictions, the below pop up window will show for you to make your selections.
- You can provide your live-stream to everyone (default) or to a specific set of your guests based on the type of ticket they purchased.
- Once you make your selection click SAVE CHANGES. And As soon as you save the changes, if the event is currently live, the guest pages will refresh automatically.
