Guest Page Placeholder Content

You can choose to put an image or message on their guest page where a live stream or silent auction will be, but may not be there when you sell tickets. 

You can provide an optional content that can be displayed to your guests when they visit their personal event/guest page. This content is displayed when the live stream is not on, and will take up the same space on the page as the live stream.

It is typically used as a reminder that the silent auction or other offers will be available on thies page or for the live stream before it's on. You can customize the content to provide any pre or post event messaging to your guests as they view their page to participate in the event offers or auction items.

  • To add Custom Content to replace the live feed until you have it available click on Edit Event on your Manage Event page.

  • Once in the Edit Event page, under the Guest Experience Tab, Turn on Show Placeholder Button.

  • Once you have your content filled out Click SAVE.
