Manage Activity Logs
Activity logs are entered from the Peer-to-Peer tab on the Event Dashboard. Use this area to add, edit, or remove participant activity so totals, progress, and reporting display correctly.
What is an Activity Log?
An Activity Log records a single activity completed by a participant (for example, miles walked, minutes exercised, or steps taken).
Each activity log:
-
Is tied to a specific participant’s fundraising page (child campaign)
-
Uses an activity type (Miles, Minutes, Steps, etc.) and a numeric value
-
Contributes to participant totals, goal progress, and activity summaries

-
Go to the Peer-to-Peer tab.
-

Notes & Troubleshooting
Activity logged under the wrong participant
Delete the incorrect log and re-add it for the correct participant.
Units look incorrect (for example, Miles vs. Minutes)
Confirm the correct Activity Type was selected before entering the amount.
Badges or awards don’t update as expected
Depending on event settings, badges may remain visible even if activity logs are later edited or deleted.
