Member Portal
Members can access their subscription information, update their contact information (you can enable this optionally), view their payment history upcoming payments, edit or update their payment method, view membership benefits as well as any personalized messages you may provide for them.
Portal
- Members do not need to create or remember username or passwords to securely access their membership information. They will simply access betterunite.com/portal URL and follow instructions to login to their member portal securely.
- The members will need to provide the verification code sent to them to gain access to their Member Portal.
- Member Portal displays the members' contact details, including their first Membership date. Any messages sent from the Organization to the Member will also be displayed in the Messages for your section.
- Their subscriptions and their status will also be visible on this page.
- The Member also has access to their Invoices, Recurring Payments, Paid, and Transaction history.
- Members can cancel their subscriptions on this page by clicking on the three dot icon next to a membership or recurring payment.
- Guests can also update their card on file.
- The user can also update the recurring amount on their membership portal. The user can click the edit button next to the amount, then update the amount that will be charged every period.
- This “revokes” the previous payment schedule and creates a new one with the new amount.
- Member's details can also be updated on this page under the Details section. To update the Member details click on Edit as shown below.
- Once the details are updated, click Save Changes.
- The Member can also Email the Organization directly by clicking Email Organization.
