Membership: Payments and Invoices

Payments

• To view the Membership payments and invoices, click on Contacts ->Membership Management.

• On the Membership Management page, click on the Payments tab to easily review past and future payments and easily identify failed payments to take any necessary actions.

• You can also Filter your payments by Member details, Plans, and Dates. Click on Filter and fill out the fields to do your filtered search.

• On each payment record, you have the option to view subscription details. Click on the three dot icon->View Subscription as shown below. 

Subscriptions

• Click on Subscriptions to view member's subscription details. 

• If you click on a specific member you can get a more in-depth break down.

• You also have the option to view the Member details on each payment. Click on the settings icon -> View Member as shown below.
