Membership - Subscriptions
When you set up your Membership Management profile, you create Membership Plans that define the amount, frequency, and duration of recurring payments. You then provide access to these plans by creating a Membership Signup page and inviting potential members. When someone signs up and provides their payment information, they become a "subscriber" to that membership plan, creating a subscription record. This record tracks the signup date, plan details, subscription end date, payment amount, and ongoing payment status.
- To access the subscription information head to the Membership center.
- Click on Contacts -> Membership Management
- Click on Subscriptions.
- Each subscription has options provided under three dots on the right.
- The options are View Subscription, View Member, Cancel Subscription and Stop Renewal.
- If you click on View Subscription, you can view the specific Subscription details page.
- The subscription details page will outline the exact details of this particular subscription and provide invoice and payment information and history.
- You can also cancel the subscription on this page.
- If you click on View Member option on the subscriptions page, it will take you to a page with the Member's full details, as shown below.
- This page provides this specific Member's contact details, payment details, and subscription details (for all subscriptions current or historical).
- On this page, you can also Add Benefits for this specific Member and provide notes visible to the Member on the member portal.
- Click on Add Benefit as shown below to add a Member benefit.
- Fill out the details of the Benefit on the pop-up window. You can also mark the Benefit as Active or Completed and make it visible to the Member.
- Once you have filled out the Benefit details, click Save Benefit.
- On the View Member page, you can also click on the Actions button to view the Member's contact record. Contact Record will also have the Member's subscription information.
