What notifications are available for members?

BetterUnite provides several automated email notifications to keep members informed about their subscription status and payments. These notifications help reduce missed payments, prevent unexpected cancellations, and improve the overall member experience. These notifications apply to all recurring payments.

All membership-related notifications are managed from the Membership Center settings.

Where to manage member notifications

  1. Go to Giving → Membership Center

  2. Select Settings

  3. Open the Notifications section

  4. Enable or disable the notifications you want to send

  5. Save your changes

Each notification includes a “View sample” option so you can preview the email before enabling it.
