Payment can no longer transact?
When you receive an error message similar to "payment method can no longer transact", this is due to the payment being declined due to insufficient funds, or a general decline.
In this case, you can reach out to the payer for any adjustments they may need to make.
Alternatively, you can remove the card on file by clicking the "Clear pre-authenticated card and use another card" link on the payment page, and then either retrieve a new card from the payer, or send them the link to this payment page for the payer to complete the payment on their own.
