Print Cards

This article provides an overview of the Print Cards feature in auctions, explaining how to access and utilize it for seamless event management. Print Cards are automatically generated for each auction item, offering an easy way to print and display item details at your event.

Accessing Print Cards

Navigate to the Auction Page

  • Go to your event dashboard and select the Auction tab.

  • Here, you’ll see all auction items listed, along with management options on the left-hand side.

Locate and Use the Print Cards Option

  • Under the Manage section in the left-hand menu, select Print Cards.
  • This will automatically download all available print cards as a PDF file to your device, containing item details ready for printing.

Review and Print

  • Open the downloaded PDF to view each item’s print card. Print directly from the PDF, ensuring each card is ready to display at your event.
  • Print cards contain essential details such as item name, provider, estimated value, minimum bid, bid increments, and a QR code for easy scanning.

Can I Edit Information on Print Cards?

To change the information displayed on a print card, update the item details directly in the auction item list, as the print cards pull information from these entries.

Can I Download Print Cards for Specific Items Only?

Currently, selecting Print Cards downloads all available cards. For individual items, you may need to print specific pages from the PDF.
