Random Draw

There are various types of fundraising activities that take place during a typical fundraising event, and this can include prize drawings. 

• At the end of your event, go to your Manage Event Page and under the Tools tab click on Random Drawing. 

• By clicking on Random Drawing you will be able to select which items to include in the drawing (see example below) and click Draw Winner. The winner is selected among the guests who purchased the selected item(s) and a randomizer takes into account consideration of purchases so that it is appropriately weighted. The random drawing results are saved and displayed. You can still keep drawing, it just remembers the last time you drew a winner on each item. 

• To export the random drawing results click on Export Results as shown below.

• Alternatively, you can choose to Export to Excel and do your own drawing. By Exporting you will get a row per purchased item so that you can implement your own randomizing based on the Excel file.

• Random Drawing Results report can also be found under the Reports Tab under Event Reports section.
