Random Draw

Once you are ready you can start your Random Drawing. On your Dashboard under Tools click on Random Drawing as shown below.
In the Random Drawing pop up window when you are ready to perform the raffle draw, you should first pause the raffle activity.
This will ensure guests can no longer change their ticket allocations and the raffle tickets are disabled.
Then, you can draw a name a couple of different ways. You can also draw more than once. No notification is sent out to a winner when a name is drawn.
Ways to draw a name:
- Simply click Draw next to the prize or the offer to instantly draw a name from the group of people that either allocated their tickets to that prize or bought that specific offer.
- Or add a prize, offer, or multiple items into the Draw Bucket by selecting Add to Bucket to either draw an instant winner, or Spin the Wheel for a projectable option.

Random winners are saved and displayed but you can still keep drawing as it just remembers the last time you drew a winner on each item as displayed below.
Select More to export the random drawing results.
