Resend Receipts
The "Resend Receipt Email" function allows you to easily resend receipts to donors or guests. Below are two straightforward ways to locate the resend option, ensuring smooth communication and accurate record-keeping.
Resend via Transaction Details
- Navigate to Giving -> Transactions in your BetterUnite dashboard or the transactions area of your event by scrolling down on your Event Dashboard.

- Locate the transaction in question and click on the dollar amount associated with it.
- Select Receipt from the transaction options.
- Click on Re-Send Receipt Email.
- The guest will immediately receive the receipt in their email inbox.
Resend via Contact Card
- Go to Contacts -> Contacts and Donor Management.
- Locate the contact you wish to send the receipt to.
- Open the contact card and scroll down to the Payments section.
- Select the relevant payment entry.
- Click Receipt and choose Re-Send Receipt Email.
- The receipt will be emailed to the guest directly.
