Remove a Guest's Card-On-File
In order to remove a card that a guest has preauthorized, please following the steps below. Although there are several ways to get to this information, steps below should be the fastest route.
- On your Manage Event page click on Guest List.
- Locate the guest, and click on View Guest.
- Then click on Edit Guest.
- In the blue pop up window, note the "Authorize Card" section showing the Credit Card button. Click this button, and click the Remove Card option.
- This will remove the card-on-file associated with that guest record, and the guest will be free to re-authorize another card.
