Restrictions on Cannabis/CBD

Payment processors (Stripe) and Telephony Messaging Services do not allow the sale or promotion of items that may be deemed prohibited based on the country of residence: Including Cannabis products, Cannabis dispensaries and related businesses and Products containing any amount of CBD/THC.

Examples include, but are not limited to Cannabis. Messages related to cannabis are not allowed in the United States as federal laws prohibit its sale, even though some states have legalized it. Similarly, messages related to CBD are not permissible in the United States, as certain states prohibit its sale.

If you create an Auction Item titled Cannabis/CBD, you will see a warning on top of the page as shown below.
