Send an email
Learn how to create and send an email in BetterUnite's email campaign module. Send different types of email blasts such as newsletters to different target groups within your CRM such as guests of events, groups, outreach lists, tag groups, and more!
- From the Home dashboard, select Marketing>Email Campaigns.
- Click New Email
- Select a template
- As you start creating emails, you can save them as your own templates and they will be shown in the "Saved Templates" section below as well
- Edit email Content by clicking on the section and typing or pasting your text or uploading images to the different Rows and adjusting the content Settings.
- Configure email details within Manage Email.
Choose and Customize your Recipient List
- Group Criteria includes: Groups, Saved Searches, Tags, and Call Lists that you can create within your BetterUnite CRM/Donor Management module.
- Choose Show More Criteria to see additional options of who to send it to, such as Individuals, Event Guests, Volunteers, and Donors.
- Preview or Send Sample Email
- View your list of recipients.
- Send Now or Send Later allows you to schedule when it goes out.
- Review and Send Email
- Please be patient as your email is Submitted and sent as it may take a few minutes to send.
- Once your email is submitted, you can see analytics of this email by going to you list of emails and selecting View.
