Send SMS/Text Messages to Your Guests

With a text to message you can reach to your guests anytime with a custom message or send them their unique event links. You need to sign up for text to message as it is a paid module. It includes 1,000 messages for $49.

Sign Up

• You can sign up to text to message service by clicking on Messaging under Contacts.

• Your organization can sign up to Custom Guest Messaging as per below.

• Once you sign up for Custom Guest, you will be purchasing bundles of texts and can send text messages to your contacts anytime.
• Auto-renewal occurs automatically as you approach your purchased message count to make it a seamless process.

Sending SMS/Text Messages

• After setting up Text to Message you can click on Contacts Tab and Messaging as shown below.

• In this page you can click on Send Group Text, to send your texts to your guests.

Messaging your guests at an event

• You can also see your Guest Messaging options on your Manage Event Page page.  Click on Guest Messaging, then click on Message Guests to send Text/SMS to your guests.

• Once you click on Message Guests the below page will appear with two options.

• Option 1: Send Custom Message: Fill out the contents of your custom message and click "Send Custom Message Now". This message will be sent to all guests - except with guests with status set to not-attending. 
• Option 2: Send Guest Links: Click Set default text to send links to send each guest their unique secure link to participate in the event. Guests received their unique link when they registered, however, it may be helpful to re-send it to help increase attendance.
