Setup Blackbaud Integration

With Blackbaud integration you can transfer donor and donation information to your Blackbaud account.

SET UP

Click on Settings and select Integrations -> Blackbaud Set Up as shown below.

Once you are on the set up page, click on Settings-> Help Setup.

Help pop up window will show step by step on how to Setup Blackbaud connection.

TO CONNECT

To connect to your blackbaud account click  Login Blackbaud to Continue.

Enter your credentials for blackbaud to sign in.

Once you login, the page will ask you to Authorize BetterUnite to access your Blackbaud Data. Click on Authorize to enable this.

HOW TO SYNC

On the Synchronization page, you can map your BetterUnite fundraisers to specific Blackbaud funds so that when you sync the donations under that fundraiser, it will be mapped to the selected Blackbaud fund associated with the gift record.  Although you can click "Sync All Donations" button, we recommend that you review and sync a few donations one at a time and verify before syncing all in your first integration attempt.  You can click "View Transactions" to view the individual donations in an campaign.

In the below example, it shows the transactions within a specific event whereby you can choose which donations to sync.

Click on Do Not Sync if you don't want specific donations to sync.
