Stripe Express Merchant Onboarding Guide

When you add a new Stripe processor to your account and click the "Connect with Stripe" button to continue your onboarding, you will be asked a series of merchant onboarding questions for your organization before you can start taking donations. Below is a summary of information that a typical onboarding experience may require. This summary can help you prepare and gather the information needed before beginning the registration process.

  • You must always create a NEW Stripe Express account, you cannot register under your existing account.
