Table Assignment Visibility

Learn how to control the visibility of table and team assignments for your event guests. You can choose to display this information on the guest link page or auction bidding page at any time or keep it hidden.

You can choose to show the guests their table and/or team name and numbers on their guest link page or auction bidding page when you'd like to or never.

Access Your Event Dashboard

  • Navigate to the Event Dashboard for the event you’re managing.

Open the Tools Section

  • Within the dashboard, go to the Tools menu.
  • Select Tables or Teams, depending on which assignments you want to manage.

Adjust Visibility Settings

  • Click on Options and select Table Assignment Visibility to Guests.
  • Choose one of the available visibility options.
