Table & Team Management Overview

BetterUnite's Table and Team Management tools make it easy to organize event attendees into tables or teams, all from one intuitive interface.

BetterUnite Table and Team Management features include:

Drag & drop different ticket purchases to different tables. Add as many Tables as you need.
Separate guests from their original ticket group with ease, For example, if one purchaser bought tickets for multiple attendees and seating needs to change, click the ticket to expand it, then drag an individual contact to a different table.
Check in attendees directly from this module. Click a ticket to expand it and view the attendee's name, then click the three-dot menu to the right of the contact line and select Change Status.
You can tag each table visually with colors. Color tags help visually distinguish tables by group, room, or category.
You can move tables around to arrange them alphabetically, by color, by room location, etc.
Control when guests can see their table and seat assignment on their guest page using Table Assignment Visibility.

Team Management offers the same full functionality as Table Management, and you can use both simultaneously within the same event. For example, organizing guests into teams for a scavenger hunt activity and then seating them for a dinner in the same event. To switch between views, select either Table Management or Team Management from the event navigation menu.
