Tag Expirations

You can choose a day and time for when specific tags will expire and be removed from a contact's record. 

You can set expiration to a guests tag when creating New contacts or Existing contacts. This is often used when tagging certain people for a role that will expire such as board members or committee members that serve for a certain period of time and then need to be removed from a tagged segment of people.

  • Navigate to CONTACTS > CONTACTS & DONOR MANAGEMENT > ADD CONTACT
  • On the new window for Add contact or Edit Contact, select the Tag you wanted to be used for this contact
  • Go to the More Tag Options Underneath the Tags field
  • set the expiration date you wanted to set for this tag
