View Purchase Details of Tickets and Offers

When a visitor makes a purchase or a donation to your campaign, a donation record is created.

  • The donation record will be visible in multiple locations within BetterUnite, and it typically has a visual indicator under the $ amount with a dotted underline.

  • When you see this amount, you can click on it to view the full details of this donation record. The pop up window displays a break down of the transaction, as well as a Receipt button.
  • If you click the Receipt button and select "View Confirmation", you will see a page that shows the full purchase details.
  • You can also re-send the purchase details to the purchaser by clicking Receipt, and Re-Send Receipt Email.

  • You will also see the purchase record in the contact page of the purchaser. Every purchaser will exist in BetterUnite as a contact, and if you find the contact card and open it, you will see a section that shows the transaction, similar to above. Here you can access the transaction details in the pop up.

  • Another way to quickly access the purchase details is on the Guest List page. This is the check in page for your event, and every registrant will have a ticket icon next to them, that is clickable, and will take you to the confirmation page. If you expand the registrant to view the individual guests under the purchase, you will see individual ticket links on each line/participant/guest row.

  • This link is similar to the registrant link above, however, it will only show the ticket for the particular guest you clicked on. This allows you to view, and share, specific guest's ticket details, without sharing the full purchase which may include other guests in it. For instance, John Smith purchases 3 tickets, he will use 2 of the tickets for himself and his spouse, and wants to share the third ticket with a friend.
  • By using the specific ticket links next to each guest, he will be able to share the third ticket with his friend, without sharing the full ticket that displays all 3 guests' information.
