Item Cards

• These cards are typically displayed next to each item at an event or sent to participants electronically. They are downloaded as a PDF and each item is Portrait orientation on a 8.5x11 standard size page.
• They include detailed information about the items including:
  • Item Number
  • Description
  • Image
  • Value
  • Buy Now Price
  • QR code (link to the auction item)

Downloading the Cards to Print or Send

• Navigate to Edit Event>Auction page and select the Print Cards button under the Manage tab. 

• This will automatically download a PDF file with all of your Auction Items information.
