Why is my sending domain blocked?

 

After you add and authenticate your domain name, you may see it listed as blocked. This typically occurs if your domain is already associated with another account at your email service provider, has previously been blocked due to specific traffic sent through another platform, or does not meet certain required criteria.

To resolve a blocked sending domain, please contact support@betterunite.com with your domain details. Our team will collaborate with your email provider to lift the block. Once your domain is cleared, the status in your account will update automatically.
