Why are Guest Donations Not Appearing in Transactions?

When guests give from their guest page using their pre-registered card, all of these are considered in-event giving, and it goes into the guest carts. At the end of your event, you would check out your guests charging them for everything they purchased during your event. When you do that, their cards are charged, and they'll appear in transactions.

Once a donation is made this will be visible in the Guest Carts page.

  • Click on Guest Carts under your on your Manage Event page.

  • Below snapshot shows the Guest's cart has a Misc.. Charge of $1 added to the cart.
  • Once you check out the guest and the payment is processed only then this will show up in Transactions page.

  • The donation will appear in the transactions list once you complete charging the cart.
