Combination Tickets

Combination tickets are tickets defined in an event that are made up of multiple event tickets that can include tickets from the same event or tickets from other linked events. The combination ticket has its own price and will show up as an item just like any other ticket on your event page, however, upon purchase of this ticket, it will result in multiple tickets being purchased based on the combination ticket definition.

To create a combination ticket:

  • Go to the Edit page of your event, and click the Tickets tab

  •  If you want to include tickets from other events, you can first link events, "How Does Linking Events Work?" first, and then create the combination ticket in order to see the tickets from linked events to show up in the list of tickets to include in this combination ticket.
  • Select the ticket(s) to include in this combination ticket, and specify the number of tickets per type.
  • Save to create your combination ticket.

  • When a payer purchases a combination ticket, the confirmation page will display the details of the purchased ticket, and it will also list the specific single tickets so that the payer can provide attendee information for each ticket purchased.
  • If event sessions were created for this event, then for each attendee, there will also be the ability to provide their event session selections as well.
