Group Tickets

What group tickets are and how to create and use them. 

Group tickets are used when you are selling multiple of one ticket type within one ticket offer. For example, you are selling tables of eight, you would create a group of 8 single tickets and sell it as a table. 

  • When creating a group ticket, go to Edit Event> Tickets

  • To add Group Tickets you must create a single ticket first to be able to create a group of tickets. See Tickets for more information
  • Click on ADD > Group Ticket.

  • Group of Type?: Select which ticket type this group is made of. 
  • How many in each unit: How many of that ticket type make up this group ticket? (ie. A Table of 10 would be a group of 10 Single Tickets.)
  • On the same pop up window, click Images to add images for your group ticket.
