What is a group ticket?

A group ticket lets you sell multiple single tickets bundled under one offer. For example, to sell a table of 10, you create a group ticket made up of 10 individual single tickets. Follow the steps below to set one up.

When creating a group ticket, go to Edit Event > Tickets

To add Group Tickets, you must create a single ticket first. Read Tickets for instructions on creating a single ticket.

How do I create a group ticket?

Before you begin: You must create at least one single ticket before adding a group ticket. Read Tickets for instructions on creating a single ticket.

Go to Edit Event > Tickets.
Click Add > Group Ticket.

What fields do I fill in for a group ticket?

After clicking Add > Group Ticket, complete the following fields in the configuration panel:

Accessibility: Choose a purchase option - Allow Purchase, Hidden, or View Only.
Title: Enter the group ticket name (e.g. Table of 10).
Amount: Enter the total price of the group ticket (i.e., the price a buyer pays for the entire group unit, not the per-ticket price).
Type of Ticket: This is pre-set to Group.
Group of Type?: Select the single ticket type this group is made of. (e.g. Individual Ticket)
How many in each unit?: Enter the number of single tickets included in this group ticket (e.g. 10 Individual tickets).
Images: In the same pop-up window, select Images to add images for this group ticket.
Save: Click Save to apply and publish your group ticket settings.
