How can I get notified of new donations or purchases?

Find out where to put additional internal email addresses so that you and your team are informed when new donations or purchases are made to a specific campaign. 

By default, purchase notifications are sent to the email address listed on your Account Profile page. You can also add additional recipients for specific campaigns if needed.

  • The email address listed on your Profile page will automatically receive donation notifications for all campaigns.

  • To send notifications to additional email addresses for a specific campaign:

    • Go to the campaign’s Edit page.

    • Click on the Communications tab.

    • Scroll to the Internal Notifications section.

    • Enter the additional email addresses you'd like to notify when donations are made to this campaign. You may enter up to 5 additional email addresses here.
