How can I Report on Volunteer Hours?

There are multiple ways of viewing and reporting on volunteer hours.

• Click Contacts > Volunteers in the top navigation menu.

• Locate the Volunteer Activity search area at the top of the page and click Filter.
• Search and filter volunteer activity based on various filters e.g. Contact name, Keywords, Volunteer date, and specific volunteer event or tag.

• If your criteria is a contact, then the total volunteer hours is displayed on the page.

• Locate the More button, and click Export Engagement option to export the filtered results to Excel.
• You can also select Export Engagement Summary By Contact.
• The exported information will include the full contact information as well as the volunteer hour details. You can build additional reporting with your own format in or outside Excel at this point.
